In any chat or content screen you can ask the AI to create a new content piece. Harper can co-write medical articles, cite sources, and generate easy-to-read summaries. Publish privately to caregivers or as publicly available web pages.

No. Ambient Mode activates only when you explicitly start a session. Audio is processed on-device when possible, and transcripts are uploaded only for analysis you request. You can delete any session in Settings.

Yes—on professional tiers. Harper supports FHIR-based integrations with systems like Epic, Cerner, and Athena. You'll find setup instructions in the Clinic or Enterprise admin console.

We retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that window—or sooner at your request—all personal data and documents are permanently deleted from active systems and backups.
